Rotary Peace Fellowships 2020-2021

Every year, Rotary grants almost 100 fully supported fellowships for dedicated leaders from around a world to pursue their educational journey at one of their peace centers.
Via academic training, global networking opportunity and practice, the Rotary Peace Centers program begins the fellows into useful and experience incentives for peace. Rotary Peace Fellowships 2020-2021 includes tuition fees, board and room, round-trip transportation, and every internship and field-study costs. Rotary grants are the best opportunity for international students. It is the international scholarships which you can take in the mentioned institute. The applicant cannot study from the Rotary Peace Center in their homeland. Relaxation is for the student of Thailand only

What is Rotary Peace Organization:

Rotary International is the international service foundation whose aim is to bring together professional and professional business leaders to deliver humanitarian aid and to promote goodwill and promote peace around the world.
This organization unites various people from different country together to work as a unit and work for humanity.

In just over the decade, the Rotary Peace Centers have taught almost 1,200 fellows. Many of their students now serve as the leaders at international and famous organizations or have begun their organizations.

DEADLINE:31 May 2019 (annual)

Duke University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA

• International Christian University, Japan

• The University of Bradford, England,

University of Queensland, Australia

• Uppsala University, Sweden

• Chulalongkorn University, Thailand (certificate program)

Note: Fellowship receivers should not study at the Rotary Peace Center in their homeland, except candidates from Thailand, who may visit the center at Chulalongkorn University.

DEGREE: Masters Degree Program or Professional Development Certificate Program

COUNTRY:  USA, Japan, UK, Australia, Sweden, Thailand

FIELD: Masters Degree Program or Professional Development Certificate Program in the fields related to resolution and prevention and peace and conflict.

TARGETED AUDIENCE: Anyone approved by their local Rotary District.

SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDS and FUNDING:
The fellowships include fees and tuition, board and room, round-trip transportation, and complete internship and field-study costs.

MANY SCHOLARSHIPS: they are giving almost 50 awards for certificates and 50 for master’s degree every year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The Rotary Peace Fellowship is for professionals who have experience in peace and conflict prevention, international relations and resolution. Candidates should also meet the following conditions:

proficiency in the second language and English. Strong dedication to peace and international understanding as expressed via academic and professional achievements or community service.  they should have the Great leadership skills

Master’s degree candidates: they should have three years of volunteer experience, bachelor degree, and related full-time work.

Certificate candidates: minimum of five years of, strong academic background, volunteer experience, related full-time work

HOW TO APPLY?

The deadline for applicants to submit the form to their particular Rotary district is the 31 May. Districts should submit signed applications to The Rotary Foundation by 1 July.
